The following questions have been prepared to assist you and the Search/Nominating Committee in our discernment process. Please read and reflect on the diocesan profile and answer all six (6) essay questions posed below. Each answer should be no longer than one per page double spaced lines and in Arial 12pt font. Submit your six (6) essay answers with your application and curriculum vitae or resume to applyctbishopsearch@gmail.com.
- What has led you to respond to this process for nomination for the 15th Diocesan Bishop of Connecticut?
- Tell us about your relationship with God. What in your own spiritual practice feeds your life with God and Christ's church?
- What are you passionate about?
- How do you feel your gifts and skills will address the hopes and challenges of the Diocese of Connecticut?
- Give an example of a situation in which you fostered reconciliation.
- What is your vision of the Episcopal Church as a living witness to Jesus Christ in the 21st century?
